SO WHAT’S NEXT?

 

It all starts with a conversation.

 

No two clinics are the same, so naturally, no two coaching approaches are the same. It starts with a short survey to find out your practice priorities, then we will match you with the coach who has expertise in your priority areas. You’ll have an introduction call with your coach, and engage in ten 1-hour sessions through video conference where you will get hands-on experience and time to reflect and review your own practice data.

It is customized to your learning needs using your practice data. You can participate in coaching alone, or you can engage the senior leadership team at your clinic. As a part of your coaching engagement, we also coordinate periodic “buddy calls” with clinics and hospitals similar to yours so you can get peer-to-peer advice, talk through your trouble spots and learn from others who are working on similar issues.

Discovery Session

Ready, steady, GO! Every coaching client begins with a Discovery Session, where you identify your practice goals, barriers to success, key performance indicators and more.  This session will determine the roadmap for practice coaching.  You begin to develop YOUR plan for development, not ours.

Contrary to popular belief, there are ways to manage inventory without cursing. Veterinarians can’t provide the care they need to if the supplies aren’t in the hospital, and we can help you get this right. It starts with reporting.
