Generating Client Statements
From the home screen (“Choose Action”) in Hippo Manager, easily search for the client and/or pets in the top patient reserve area, select the correct client. While on the Choose Action screen, select “Open Invoices” and all current open invoices for that client and all pets will show, clicking the “print” icon gives your practice a complete look at the client statements for a particular, individual client and all pets associated. Choose to download and save, or, print.
Quickly Generate Practice Statements – the one step, two click dance!
Keep clicks low when generating client and practice statements in our veterinary software. Choose “Reports” from the toolbar in any screen in Hippo Manager, select Detailed Reports > Generate Practice Statements. That’s it – you’ve got a downloadable and printable snapshot of all open invoices for all clients for your veterinary practice!
