Do you have a customized charting template that made life at your clinic easier, saved time, improved charge capture or is just in general considered by all to be a work of genius? Now’s your chance to shine by entering the Chart Template Championship! The three winning entries will receive a pizza luncheon for their practice.
How to Enter: Complete this short form and be sure to include the proper name of the templates you want to enter. Each practice may enter up to three charting templates for review. Please share a short sentence about how it’s helped your practice or why others may find it useful to use.
Who will decide? A secret panel of esteemed judges at Hippo Manager will review submissions and select three winning templates:
