COVID-19 has created unprecedented challenges for veterinary professionals and pet owners alike. We will focus on the technology tools and features in Hippo Manager that will help you make adjustments for social distancing and telehealth continue to provide excellent care for animals and keep pet owners and veterinary teams safe and healthy. This webinar is scheduled for 30 minutes and includes time for informal discussion and Q&A.

The AVMA is advocating that veterinary medicine should be considered an “essential business” as states are mandating other businesses close.  To continue to help animals that are sick or injured, veterinary clinics and  hospitals are making workflow changes and adjustments. Please join us for this special webinar to learn more about how to:

• Access your software remotely for staff members who are not in the building, checking clients in the parking lot, or otherwise adjusting workflow away from the exam rooms and reception area.
• Take advantage of virtual meeting tools that may be helpful to replace in-person all staff meetings, virtual care and more.
• Use the Patient Portal for enhanced client communication.
• Set up Clearent payment processing. This will allow you to accept payment over the phone or through the virtual terminal from within Hippo Manager to eliminate the need to swipe a card, accept cash or carry a terminal if you are remote, mobile or meeting patients in the parking lot.
• Educate clients about ScratchPay options for payment plans.
