Twice Monthly Training Sessions

     

    Twice monthly training sessions are being held online for our clients, not-yet clients or anyone who just needs a quick refresher on topics that our Customer Support and Training Department have put together for YOU to get the most out of Hippo Manager.

    On the second and third weeks of each month, online, using the Hippo Manager join.me account, our Training Department will conduct a brief 30 minute session on the topic outlined for that date.  Users and members of the public can choose to attend one, or all training sessions.

    The twice monthly training sessions will be conducted online so that participants can listen in to the presenters session, but will be muted.  Participants may type questions into the chat box to ask the presenter questions during the session, but only the trainer will be allowed to speak so that the sessions can be maximized for efficiency and relevancy for all attendees.

    Twice Monthly Training Sessions are FREE to all clients of Hippo Manager and OPEN to anyone considering Hippo Manager as their practice PMS partner.

    As a Hippo Manager client, your practice can request a custom training session if you don’t see a topic here that is relevant to your needs.  There are no limits as to how many training sessions, or custom sessions your practice team may attend.  As part of being a Hippo Manager client, we offer unlimited and free trainings for our clients as part of each contract.

    Hippo Manager is a veterinary practice management software that is easy to use, but we know that sometimes not all users have the same background.  That’s why we believe it is important to hold these regular twice monthly training sessions and offer free and unlimited customer service and support to our clients.  We want your practice to get the most out of Hippo Manager so we can assist you in making your business as profitable as possible.
